Here are some tips:- 

Reduce the amount of fat you consume:- Make sure you don’t eat too much fat because it could make your problems worse. Grilled and boiled foods are good options.

Reduce your fiber intake: Cutting back on high-fiber meals including beans, lentils, dry fruits, vegetables, avocado, and pop corn will help you avoid pain, bloating, and diarrhoea. It is preferable to introduce the above food products one at a time until you are comfortable with your dietary regimen.
